Journeyman carpenter-joiner or deep foundation installer
Main responsibilities
- Read and analyze plans and specifications, prepare materials, and obtain approval from Info-Excavation;
- Supervise excavation work and install various equipment according to the type of pile;
- Mark piles, drive tubes, validate refusal criteria, and record pressures;
- Drain the worksite, install membranes, and backfill;
- Install Berlin walls, retaining walls, sheet pile walls, or diaphragm walls;
Requirements
- Carpentry and joinery training;
- CCQ competency card;
- Experience as a journeyman carpenter-joiner or deep foundation installer.
